Which flooring works best in a condo?
Many Toronto condo corporations have rules about flooring and acoustic underlay. Check your building's requirements first; we will help you choose a product that meets them.
What flooring is best for a basement?
Moisture-tolerant products such as luxury vinyl plank or porcelain tile are usually the safer choice below grade. We assess the space before recommending a product.
Can new flooring go over my existing floor?
Sometimes. It depends on the condition and height of the existing floor and how doors and transitions will line up. We check on site and recommend the right approach.
Do you supply the flooring as well as install it?
Yes. You can choose your flooring at our North York showroom and we handle the installation.
