Do you offer free renovation consultations in Toronto?
Yes. Every project starts with a free consultation and quote. We discuss your plan, timeline and budget, then follow up with a clear scope of work.
Which areas of the GTA do you serve?
We are based in North York and renovate homes, condos and commercial spaces across Toronto and the GTA, including Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga and Brampton.
Do you build your own cabinets and millwork?
Yes. HP Renovations runs its own millwork shop, so kitchen cabinets, vanities, closets and built-ins are made to measure for your space instead of being ordered from a catalogue.
Can I see flooring and kitchen materials before I decide?
Yes. Visit our flooring and kitchen showroom at 100 St Regis Crescent S, Unit 5 in North York to compare finishes in person with our team.
Do you work with property managers and multi-unit buildings?
Yes. We renovate high-rise and multi-unit residential and commercial spaces, including unit turnovers, washrooms, kitchens, flooring and common areas, and we are a member of the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO).
